Photos taken by the Gazette show the rubbish left by travellers that moved on from Iron Acton Village Green yesterday.
On Thursday last week, a number of travellers set up camp on Iron Acton Village Green.
They were there for around six days, with South Gloucestershire Council confirming that they had carried out numerous welfare visits at the site.
The council had also worked with Iron Acton Parish Council to remove the travellers, and then again to remove the rubbish that was left by the group.
A public consultation by Iron Acton Parish Council regarding potential boundaries around the green will now be reopened.
