The Sodbury Slog is one of the most popular annual events in Sodbury's calendar.
Well over 1000 people attempt the run through the fields of Sodbury, taking on a mean cross country route.
The event always takes place around November the 11th, but tickets go on sale in May due to the demand.
However, after tickets went on sale officially at 10am this morning hundreds of people have been left 'frustrated and annoyed'.
A post from the Slog organising team on Facebook revealed that the website crashed due to the demand.
This has since prompted a backlash from plenty of angry people that have been trying to secure tickets for the event for well over an hour.
THIS IS THE SCREEN THAT KEEPS APPEARING FOR SOME USERS
Some have been able to get through and buy tickets but others have not been so lucky. On some occasions payment has been taken but not been confirmed.
