Yate Shopping Centre have revealed that they popular sand pit will be returning later this month.
The sand pit is usually in place for around three months, and attracts plenty of people to the very centre of the shops.
It will now be returning on Friday, May 24 for the warmer weather.
The opening of the pit will coincide with school half-term, with a number of different events taking place.
On Tuesday, May 28 there is a 'come and Meet Zog' event as well as a number of others.
Andy Lowrey, Yate Shopping Centre Manager: “The beach is one of our favourite and most successful attractions, appealing to visitors across all ages. It signals the start of the summer months and runs through to the end of August.
“As always there will be a programme of fun-filled activities throughout the summer months.
"These events are an important element of our customer relations allowing shoppers to relax in the Centre with their families.”
On May 31 there will also be a free family fun day, with prizes for the best dressed Disney character through the day.
