Katie, Maddy and Samuel will be taking on the role in the festival
Ahead of this year's Sodbury Festival, organisers have chosen the Princess that will lead the procession down the High Street.
Maddy Peeling (centre) 12, attends Chipping Sodbury School and has been chosen as the Princess.
She will be joined by Katie Evans 11, and Samuel Parker 11, who attend Raysfield Junior School and Horton Primary School respectively.
Samuel has also become the first boy to be selected to play one of the attendants.
They will all now look forward to playing their roles in the festival that will be running from June 14 to June 23.
There are numerous events taking place in Sodbury over the course of the festival, with a full round-up available on page 11.
