Thornbury's Firefighters have shared photos of an out of control bonfire they tackled last week.
Crews from Avonmouth, Patchway and Thornbury attended the fire on Northwick Road, Pilning, on Thursday.
The fire involved multiple piles of pallets and shrubbery.
Crews used three breathing apparatus for safety, two high-pressure hose reels and two 45mm jets to extinguish the fire. They also found 11 cylinders that they moved to safety.
The landowner assisted the firefighters in damping down the area.
The cause of the fire is thought to be accidental.
