A WOTTON takeaway owner is facing criminal charges for allegedly breaching food safety regulations.
Ali Izadi, who runs Pizza Planet, Market Street, will appear in court in July.
He is charged with four counts of breaching food safety and hygiene regulations between September and November last year. This includes failing to ensure premises were kept clean and failing to ensure that an adequate number of washbasins were available.
Izadi, 33, from Vauxhall Road, Gloucester, is also charged with selling alcohol without a licence on October 26 2018.
He will next appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on July 22.
