One of the region’s top museums is seeking volunteers to fill a number of different roles.
Dr Jenner’s House Museum and Garden in Berkeley needs volunteers for the forthcoming season for gardening, welcoming visitors, office work, and for learning and collections.
The museum last year raised £20,000 to stave off the threat of closure. The 18th-century house is the former home of Dr Edward Jenner, whose pioneering work led to the eradication of small pox.
