Southmead Hospital has issued a warning after Extinction Rebellion protests on the Ring Road.
Protesters have gathered outside of the MOD in Filton, causing traffic chaos and now the hospital has urged ayone with appointments to be prepared for longer journeys.
Patients and staff please allow extra travelling time when coming to Southmead Hospital today. The ringroad is gridlocked around Filton due to the Extinction Rebellion Protests. The protesters have blocked access into the MOD causing a lot of disruption.

It comes after activists stopped traffic on the M32 yesterday.
