Cirencester
Well Croft, Ampney, St Mary, grey poplar - crown reduction by approximately 2m all around due to excessive length of branches and potential danger to surrounding buildings and other trees.
23 Querns Lane, two-storey rear extension and creation of parking access.
Calne
Manor Farm, Calstone, Wellington, prior approval of proposed change of use of agricultural building to a flexible use within storage or distribution.
The Old Vicarage, 1 Anchor Road, 15% reduction and Crown raise blue atlas cedar to 3m from ground level, 10% reduction and crown cypress tree to 3m from ground level.
Land by 22 Old Derry Hill, removal of 40m of mixed species roadside trees comprising of ash, beech, oak, holly and hazel.
Lechlade
Byford House, Bell Lane, birch in the rear garden, reduce the crown by 2-3m for more balanced form and away from neighbouring property.
Further, one spruce - front garden, adjacent to Bell Lane, remove to ground level, as the tree has become unmanageable on the edge of the wall to be replaced with a smaller tree.
Malmesbury, Crudwell & Kemble
Crudwell Road Garage, discharge of conditions three and four of 18/06371/FUL.
Crendon House, Lea, rear ground floor extension and internal alterations including garage roof conversion.
Moreton-in-Marsh
St Nicholas Barn, Church Road, Lower Oddington, Certificate of Lawful Existing Use or Development for lawful existence of the septic tank and hardstanding/access drive, of building works to the building known as the garden room/home office, the loose box building, use of land directly to the west, use of the loose box building placed on that land.
Tetbury
2 Barley Croft, Cutwell, one large maple to be reduced by approximately a third off the crown, as it has become too overbearing, one very tall cherry tree to have a crown reduction of approximately a third off lateral spread in every direction, and a quarter off the height as it is blocking the solar panels on the roof of the house.
