A 30-YEAR-OLD Yate man has been banned from driving for 17 months after being found drink driving.
David Livesey, of Longs Drive, was more than twice the legal limit when he was pulled over by police in Bristol on July 8.
When tested, results showed he had 75 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit for breath is 35 microgrammes.
Livesey pleaded guilty at Bristol Magistrates' Court on Monday.
He was banned from driving for 17 months and he was fined £291 as well as being forced to pay a victim services charge of £32 and £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
