A 71-year-old Severn Beach man had been given a curfew and an electronic tag after driving while disqualified.
Andrew McColm, of Beach Road, drove a Toyota Yaris without a licence or insurance at Cribbs Causeway on June 9.
He pleaded guilty at Bristol Magistrates' Court on August 12.
McColm was given a four-week curfew with electronic monitoring which prevents him leaving the house between 6pm and 6am.
He was also banned from holding a licence for an additional six months and ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £225
