STUDENTS and staff at Katharine Lady Berkeley’s School are celebrating another extremely successful year.
With a third of entries being graded at A* or A, the students have enjoyed considerable success gaining many places on competitive courses at top universities.
Others are excited about the opportunities which lie within a range of apprenticeships.
The formal measures of student progress have, for the third year running, placed Katharine Lady Berkeley’s School Sixth Form in the top 10 per cent of schools nationally.
Hannah Khan, Head of Sixth Form said: “We knew these students would be well rewarded having seen their strong work ethic over the course of the past year.
"This was never more evident than over the Easter holiday and half term break, when the students packed into school to revise.
"Our sixth form is founded on the belief that a positive approach determines success so it’s lovely for our students to see their hard work, determination and resilience well rewarded.
"These students have also given a great deal back to the school and local community.
"We are feeling very proud today.”
