A 42-year-old man has been ordered to pay £649 worth of fines after he stole a number of bottles of alcohol from Morrisons in Yate.
Andrew Grubb, of Kemperleye Way, pleaded guilty to guilty to taking three bottles of champagne and two bottles of spirit, to the value of £134.00 from Morrisons on April 20.
He was ordered to pay compensation of £564 and £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
