Traffic queuing on the westbound carriageway
AN ACCIDENT on the westbound carriageway of the M62 has been cleared.
The incident involved two motorhomes and was between junctions 27 and 28.
Lanes one, two and three were closed due to the traffic collision.
All the vehicles have now been moved to the hard shoulder and the lanes have been re-opened.
West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit and Traffic Officers attended scene.
There is slow traffic in patches on the M62 Westbound from Junction 29 for Lofthouse to Junction 26 for Chain Bar.
There are delays of nine minutes and the average speed is 10mph.
