A 45-year-old man from South Gloucestershire has been ordered to pay £700 after being found with crystal meth and cannabis.
Martin Stephens, alias Aaron Burns of Toghill Lane in Doynton, was stopped on Gloucester Road by police officers on September 19.
He was fined £480 for carrying 2 grams of methamphetamine, £85 to the Crown Prosecution Services and victim services charge £48.
He was also fined £100 for carrying 5.8 grams of cannabis making a total of £713.
