A Thornbury driver has been fined for using his car's fog lights while headlamps were broken.
Skerdi Blloshm, 23, of North Road, appeared at Cheltenham magistrates' court on October 9 and pleaded guilty to a range of driving offences.
He drove without insurance, and a test certificate on the M5 on June 3.
Blloshm was also charged with using his fog lights when visibility was not seriously reduced and driving with a broken headlamp.
In total he had to pay fines and costs totalling £511 and had six points added to his licence.
