Police have released CCTV images of two men they'd like to speak to after a man was hospitalised with a fractured eye socket in a nightclub assault.

The incident took place in the SWX nightclub in Bristol at around 3.30am on Sunday October 13.

A man was seriously assaulted, and left with an injury to his eye socket.

Avon and Somerset Police said in a statement: "We’re issuing CCTV images of two men we’d like to identify in connection with an investigation into a serious assault in Bristol. ​

"The incident happened in the SWX Nightclub in Nelson Street at about 3.30am on Sunday 13 October.

"Do you know either of these men?

"The victim, a 23-year-old man, suffered a fractured eye socket for which he needed hospital treatment. Two other men with him were also assaulted during the incident. ​

"We want to identify the men in the images because they may be able to help with our enquiries.
