CHILDREN at Dursley Academy have been working hard to raise money for Children in Need.
This has been led by the school’s Equality and Justice team, made up of two representatives from each class.
They have sold yellow iced biscuits at playtimes for the last three weeks and on Friday will be launching Pudsey Bear Rocks.
Buildit Cam and Gloucester have donated 300 pebbles which all pupils have painted a Pudsey Bear on.
On Friday they will all take their pebble home and hide it somewhere in Dursley. The idea being that they try to find each others and keep re-hiding them.
There will also be a non-uniform day for those willing to donate £1 and pupils will be leading worship to teach everyone about Children in Need.
