Two women were reportedly targeted in a bizarre incident involving sweets and hand-written notes at Yate Train Station.
It was reported that women had returned home on their trains to the station to find notes of a disturbing nature and Quality Street sweets on their windscreens.
British Transport Police have appealed for witnesses to help them find the individual responsible, saying the six notes caused the girls discomfort, with them being 'of a crude, personal and highly sexual nature'.
The notes were all of a crude, personal and highly sexual nature, causing the young women an understandable amount of concern. On two occasions, lollipops and handfuls of Quality Street chocolates were left with the notes.
