A MOTORIST has been fined after he was convicted of driving without insurance.
Hugh Baxter, 66, of the High Street, Avening, was found guilty of the offence when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on December 4.
He was caught driving in Minchinhampton on April 24 this year without insurance.
He was handed six penalty points on his licence and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £390.
