The A38 has reopened at Berkeley following flooding.

The M5 Northbound entry slip road at J11A and the Ebley bypass have also both reopened.

Gloucestershire police say they have taken a lot of calls about flooding across the county.

A Tweet from their force control room stated: "Please DO be considerate of other drivers and pedestrians.

"DO NOT drive into large puddles."

Avon Fire and Rescue Service echoed their concerns stating: "Control are taking calls to reports of flooded roads, cars driving into flood water and flooded properties.

"Do not attempt to drive into flood water."

The A46 Bath Road has flooded outside the Old Fleece pub near Stroud.

Heavy rain has left deep standing water outside the pub on Rooksmoor Hill, North Woodchester.

Cars have broken down while attempting to drive along the road outside.

Delays are expected on the A46 at Salmon Springs while highways crews work to clear the road.
