A potential Miss Millie's in Yate Shopping Centre has presumably moved one step closer.
It comes after the fast food chain reportedly applied for a license for an empty unit in the shopping centre.
The restaurant would be based in the old Hotcha unit on North Walk.
The application for a license to serve 'late night refreshment' from 11pm until 1am.
The Gazette reported late last year that a Miss Millie's could open after a job application was found on a job site.
