STROUD Rotary Club has raised £4,577 for ten different charities.
The club held their annual presentation night at Stroud Imperial hotel on Monday night.
The money raised was presented to the ten local charities.
Funds raised by the club were achieved through numerous events, including the Stroud Valley Fireworks, the Tesco Christmas collection and the Play by the Lake performance.
£675 was raised for St Rose's school and the Frith Youth Club.
£450 went to the Stroud Beresford Group, the Marah Trust and Homestart, with £276 going towards the Beeches Green Friendship Circle, with £500 going to Connect AT and After Hours.
Eastcombe Village Group were given £349, with £376 raised for Severn View Food Project and Stroud in Bloom.
The club's president David Goldsmith welcomed the representatives and thanked the community awards officer Eric Brownbill and Richard Lacy.
