THIEVES stole thousands of pounds worth of equipment after two vans were broken into on Friday night.
A spokesperson for Gloucestershire police, said: "On Saturday, January 25 we received two reports of tools being stolen from vans parked outside properties in Stroud overnight.
"The first was in Cotswold Road where a DeWalt drill and radio were stolen, and the second Harper Road where a large quantity of tools was stolen."
Anyone who is offered tools for sale, or has any information about these incidents, should contact Gloucestershire Constabulary quoting incidents 103 and 108 of January 25.
