Stirling is set to join the BBC programme
STROUD actress Stirling Gallacher is set to join the cast of the BBC medical drama Casualty.
Stirling currently plays Paula Martin in the ITV soap Coronation Street, but she is now set to swap Weatherfield for Holby City Hospital.
The actress, who has also starred in the popular sitcom the Office, will debut as the police officer Ffion, who is the wife of paramedic Jan Jenning.
Stirling has played Paula in Coronation Street since 2018, and she is expected to join the cast of Casualty in the spring.
