The One Stop shop on Wellington Road
A 41-year-old man from Yate has been sent to Bristol Crown Court after he was charged with trespassing and stealing alcohol from a shop in the town.
Neil Powell, also known as Mark Moor, was charged with trespassing in the One Stop shop on Wellington Road in Yate on February 3.
He was also charged with being in possession of a stanley knife.
The Dorset Way resident has now been committed to Bristol Crown Court for sentencing.
