A DEVELOPER has submitted plans that would see 25 new homes built in Dursley.

Proposals were submitted to Stroud District Council on January 29 by a developer, being represented by an agent.

The plans relate to land near Tilsdown in Dursley.

The application form states that the last use of the site was part of a garden in 2010.

The land that the application relates to is opposite The Drive.

According to the application on Stroud District Council's website the dwellings built would consist of a collection of houses, flats, affordable housing and starter homes.

Residents have already had their say on the plans online, with concerns raised over access issues on the 'already busy' Tilsdown.

The agent that submitted the application is Robert Hitchins Ltd, the Gazette has made contact with them to clarify plans for the area.
