Temporary traffic lights have been put in place on the A38 following a burst water main.
Bristol Water have set up two lights near Almondsbury to allow repairs to be made.
A post on the company's Facebook page stated: "We realise this isn't ideal and will try and limit the impact on traffic as much as possible, but apologise for any delays or inconvenience this may cause."
