Storm Dennis is disrupting travel across the region with fallen trees blocking railway lines, bridges closed and flight cancellations.
The Met Office has issued Yellow and Amber weather warnings for wind and rain across the region, although winds aren't predicted to be as strong as Storm Ciara.
Network Rail has advised passengers to expect disruption on many routes due to flooding and to allow more time for their journeys.
Rail services between between Cheltenham Spa and Birmingham New Street are facing delays due to fallen trees.
The M48 Severn Bridge is closed eastbound, from J2 (Newhouse) towards J1 (Aust) due to high winds, with filtering on the westbound closing the bridge to high sided and other vulnerable vehicles. There is a diversion is via the M4.
And over 20 departing flights in and out of Bristol airport have been cancelled due to high winds and heavy rain.
Highways England is advising drivers to consider whether their journey is necessary before heading out.
A spokesman said: "Storm Dennis is going to affect all regions with strong winds and heavy rain this weekend.
"Please take care when travelling and consider whether your journey is necessary before setting out."
