A CAR has driven through part of the Basingstoke Hospital yesterday after reports of a row over a parking space.
Hampshire Constabulary confirmed a Vauxhaull Astra collided with a wall at the hospital causing damage.
The driver was taken to the emergency department, however no injuries were reported by hospital staff.
An onlooker told the Gazette there was a row between motorists over the parking space when the incident happened.
The incident happened during the morning rush hour however no one was injured and the incident is currently being investigated by the police.
A spokesperson from Hampshire Hospitals told the Gazette: "We can confirm that a car accidentally collided with a building at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital on Wednesday February 19.
"All services are running as normal, but some diversions are in place for pedestrians accessing the main entrance to the hospital."
