A THORNBURY driver has been fined more than £800 after he was convicted of driving without insurance.
Owen Smyth, aged 49, of Spey Close, was found guilty of the offence when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on March 23.
He was caught driving on Baird Road, Gloucester, on July 25 last year, without insurance.
He was handed six penalty points on his licence and ordered to pay costs of £811.
