Police have asked for the tennis court in Charfield to be locked following continued use.
The court, off Little Bristol Lane, is located on the playing fields near Charfield Memorial Hall. The hall, play equipment and tennis court have all been closed since March 23 as a result of restrictions imposed by the government in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
However, the court has been repeatedly used since then and police have now ordered it to be locked.
A post by the Charfield Memorial Hall & Playing Fields Facebook page stated: "We have been asked by the Police to lock the tennis courts as members of the community continue to use it."
Elsewhere, police in Warmley have received multiple reports of youths still using the Warmley Skate park despite it being locked and say they will be regularly patrolling the area.
