A TRACTOR driver near Dursley has been issued a warning for antisocial driving.
Chief inspector Steve Lindsay MBE tweeted: "Dursley officers SC Wyman and SC Smart issued a S59 warning for antisocial driving by a tractor, following numerous complaints by the residents.
"Words of advice and driver education were given."
The police have had a couple of reports of the tractor driver driving on wrong side of road and looking like he could cause a road traffic collision.
A Section 59 is a warning notice given to a driver who drives in an anti social way.
It allows the police to give a driver a warning if they are reported to have used their vehicle in a manner which causes "alarm, distress or annoyance".
If reported to have done so again within a year the police have the right to confiscate the vehicle.
