Stroud Police have put out a warning on their Twitter page after finding vandalised woodlands.
Stroud police discovered the 'destroyed' area on Wednesday, June 10.
In their post they said:
"To the youths that ran from us after destroying Stinchcombe Woods by cutting down trees to make shelters, we found your tools and are keeping them safe.
"Damaging woodland will not be tolerated!"
