A NEW family-run take-out has now opened for business at the Five Valleys indoor market in Stroud.
Brody’s Takeout headed up by mother-daughter team Tracy and Paige Griffiths from Hardwicke and Kingsway have opened at the new Borough Market-style indoor market.
The new take-out will serve a selection of hot and cold food and refreshments including hot pork sandwiches, hot beef sandwiches and turkey and stuffing rolls.
Tracy from Brody’s Takeout said: “We are really excited to open our first business together at Five Valleys indoor market and be a part of this exciting new project.
“We are looking forward to serving our homemade food to the people of Stroud!”
The team at Five Valleys Market have already welcomed Tomari-Gi, selling Japanese Soul Food and Marrows Fruit and Veg who are now open.
They will soon be joined by Non-Solo Italian and Callaghin’s Kitchen who are both due to open later this week.
Five Valley’s Centre Manager, Dionne Moore said: “We are delighted to welcome Brody’s Takeout to our new indoor market, and we are looking forward to the week ahead to welcome another two local traders.”
