A Wotton-Under-Edge man who was caught over the drink-drive limit has been banned from the roads for three years.
Martin Earle, 28, of Gloucester Street, pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on July 15.
Magistrates heard how police stopped Earle in his Audi A3 on Severn Road, Dursley, on January 18.
Earle was found to have 68 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He was banned from driving for 36 months and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £237.
