WE have just tried to park in Stroud using the new mobile phone system, and been unsuccessful, so what did we do, we went home.
How many more people, particularly the elderly, are going to do exactly the same?
At a stroke, the powers that be have just thrust a dagger into the heart of Stroud’s shops.
