A DURSLEY man has been given an electronic tag and placed under curfew after he was caught drink-driving.
Andrew Holdsworth, 35, of Acacia Drive, pleaded guilty to drink driving when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on July 27.
He also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence and driving without insurance.
Magistrates heard how Holdsworth was stopped by police on Kingshill Road, Dursley, on September 7, last year.
The court heard that he was found to have 216 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood - the legal limit being 80mgs.
Holdsworth was given a four-week curfew with electronic monitoring which prevents him leaving the house between 9pm and 7am.
He was also banned from driving for four years and ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £130.
