A professional BMX rider practised at Rush Skatepark yesterday.
In other circumstances James Jones would be competing in the BMX Freestyle at the Olympics in Tokyo.
However, the event has been postponed and Jones had to make do with a training session at the Brimscombe facility instead.
BMX Freestyle was set to make it's Olympic debut in Tokyo, with James among six competing for team GB. The event is now scheduled to take place in 2021.
Rush Skatepark reopened to the public this morning (Saturday, August 1) and will be open on Fridays, Saturday and Sundays during August.
Sessions can be booked at rushskatepark.co.uk
