A MAN has been disqualified from driving for a year and fined £380 for drug driving in Stroud.
Lance Miles, 25, of Wheelers Walk, Paganhill, was driving a Volkswagen Golf when he was stopped by police in London Road, Stroud, in November last year.
He had a quantity of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood which exceeded the specific limit.
He was also found to be in possession of cannabis.
Miles pleaded guilty to the charges at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on July 30, 2020.
He was ordered to pay costs totalling £523 by August 27, 2020.
