Firefighters are tackling a blaze at the derelict Newport Towers Hotel in Berkeley.
Fire crews from Wotton, Stroud, Gloucester and Thornbury were called to the scene shortly after 1.30am this morning.
The fire is still being tackled, with crews from Stroud, Gloucester, Lydney and Tetbury on the scene as of 9am.
A section of the A38 has been closed while the incident is dealt with.
The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
There was an arson attack on the hotel, which has been unoccupied since 2007, in April 2019.
