Cam's 1st team welcomed Upton St Leonard’s to ‘The Shed’ for their first home game, last Saturday.
Cam continued their perfect start to the season with a third consecutive win in windy conditions at the Shed.
The young Cam team found themselves on the backfoot when three key players all went off injured inside the first half.
Just before the break Cam’s Charlie Owen, through on goal was bought down for a penalty and Ollie Billings stepped up to put the ball in the bottom right hand corner for the home side.
Some lazy Cam passing in the second half allowed Upton to come more into the game but a solid man of the match performance from centre back Sean Monday kept Upton at bay.
Cam travel to Leonard Stanley Saturday and will be hoping for three more points on the road.
All three teams train every Tuesday at the all-weather from 8:00pm-9:00pm,
