Cheltenham Magistrates' Court - Friday, October 9

Katie Wyman, 32, of Horns Road, Stroud, has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of cannabis.

She has also indicated a guilt plea to a charge of intent to supply cannabis, after being found with 13.8g of the drug when stopped in McDonald's car park in Stroud on February 28.

Wyman has been remanded on conditional bail until November 6.

Cheltenham Magistrates' Court - Saturday, October 10

Kieran Vacher, 40, of Barnhill Road, Wembley, London, has been disqualified from driving for 12 months.

He pleaded guilty to driving on the A429 Station road in Stow-on-the-Wold while under the influence of cocaine and without insurance.

Vacher was also ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £443.

 

Paul Harris, 59, of Adelaide Gardens, Stonehouse, has been banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months following repeated offences.

On August 29 last year he was caught speeding in a BMW between junctions 12 and 13 of the M5 Southbound.

Harris was also ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £569.
