Cheltenham Magistrates' Court - Tuesday, October 13

Shereene Warrington, 38, of Foxmoor Lane, Ebley, has been given a 12-month conditional discharge for two offences.

On August 1 she assaulted a man and used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.

Warrington, who pleaded guilty, was ordered to pay compensation of £150.

Bristol Magistrates' Court - Wednesday, October 14

Aaron Morgan, 32, of Davids Lane, Alveston, has been banned from driving for 17 months.

He had 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35, when stopped in Chepstow on August 23.

Morgan was ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £719.
