A LORRY driver has been given six penalty points following a crash in Severn Beach.
The collision involved a lorry and a car and happened yesterday evening, at 6pm, on the A403 Severn Road.
The occupant of the car suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the HGV was issued with six points for driving without due care and attention.
Avon and Somerset Police Road Safety Unit this picture on Twitter, saying: “We dealt with a 2 vehicle RTC in #SevernBeach last night.
“Thankfully the occupant of the vehicle suffered minor injuries.
“The driver of the HGV has been dealt with for driving without due care and attention.”
