BEING drunk and disorderly in the centre of Dursley has cost a 36 year old local man £157 in fines, costs and surcharges.
Daniel McLarnon of Oak Drive, Kingshill, pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on November 12 to exhibiting disorderly behaviour while drunk in a public place, Silver Street, Dursley, on September 29 last year.
He was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a surcharge of £32. The magistrates granted him till November 26 to pay the total £157.
