A WOMAN has reportedly spat at police officers as they crackdown on drink and drug drivers in Dursley.
On Friday night, a woman was stopped on the A38 near Dursley.
After failing a breathalyser, she allegedly spat at officers.
She was charged with drink driving, driving whilst disqualified, driving with no insurance, and assault after a night in custody.
Just before the arrest, police arrested a man for providing a positive drugs wipe in Dursley.
The 40-year-old was released pending blood analysis for drugs.
And last night, Dursley beat manager PC Robinson stopped a driver in Acacia Drive, Dursley, who failed a drugs wipe and was arrested.
