A BERKELEY man, 29, who drove without insurance and with illegal levels of cocaine and cannabis in his bloodstream has been banned from the roads for 16 months.
Joshua Pearce, of Forest View Road, was ordered to pay £194 in fines, costs and surcharges by Cheltenham magistrates on Monday.
He plead guilty to driving a Ford Ka in Silver Street, Dursley on April 21 last year with no insurance and unlawful levels of cocaine and marijuana in his blood.
Magistrates said they had given Pearce full credit for his guilty pleas and his previous good character.
He was allowed to pay his fine of £120, costs of £40 and surcharge of £34 by instalments of £50 a month starting on February 8.
