A MAN who took a 100-mile round-trip to stay at a friend's house has been fined for his 'flagrant' breach of the lockdown rules.
Gloucestershire Police fined the man, who undertook a round-trip between Swindon to Tewkesbury at the weekend.
Under lockdown rules, all non-essential travel is banned and you are not allowed to meet with people from other households indoors.
Gloucestershire police tweeted: "Please remember we will use enforcement for flagrant breaches."
