A Gloucestershire farmer has featured on James Martin's Saturday Morning on ITV.
Jess Vaughan, who established Jess’s Ladies Organic Milk in 2006 at a farm in Hardwicke, appeared on the cookery show this morning.
Her milk and cream was being used by James Martin in his Double Baked Haddock and Cheese Soufflé recipe.
Making a virtual appearance on the show Jess said: "The cream is poured by hand by myself every day and retaining that control means the milk can preserve its natural flavour and it's natural properties.
"I think that's a huge reason why it's so popular with chefs.
"It will leave the cows around 8am and hit the first sales by midday that day. It really is very very fresh.
"It's just pasteurised and treated very gently.
"Every pot that leaves the place I've made myself and I'm happy with."
